Orders are processed Monday through Friday and usually ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. takes about a week after shipping. Overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 9 AM EST.

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 15 days of delivery. All human hair bundles must be in their original, unused condition — not washed, installed, or altered. Avoid twisting or wringing the hair, and never use high heat to dry it. Air drying helps the hair keep its natural shine and movement.
